CHALLENGES
Challenges shaping the future
Four strategic areas where we are looking for startups that can transform how
we operate and create value.
Agile formulation and early testing of new products.
We aim to strengthen our capabilities to shorten iteration cycles, improve formulation accuracy from early stages, and validate key product attributes in an agile and measurable way.
Availability and strategic management of consumer, market, and channel intelligence.
We are looking to enhance our consumer and channel
intelligence capabilities (including traditional retail and
foodservice), combining conventional data sources with
alternative signals (digital, transactional, e-commerce) and
advanced analytics.
Adapt and reformulate products for label simplification, regulation, and/or new consumer demands.
We seek to strengthen our ability to adapt formulations in
response to increasing regulatory standards and growing
consumer expectations for simpler, more natural ingredients.
Value generation from waste streams and by-products as a lever for the circular economy.
We are looking to incorporate solutions that transform by products at different stages of production, particularly in
categories such as tomato sauces, fruit purées, and fruit
concentrates.

Q&A
We are looking for startups, scaleups, tech SMEs, technology centers, universities,
spin-offs, and other organizations with a validated solution — ideally with pilots,
commercial trials, or early implementations already underway.
Mass scaling is not required, but you should have a functional MVP and technical
evidence that allows us to assess its applicability in industrial or commercial
environments.
You may apply to the challenge you consider most strategic for your solution and
explain your fit in the application form.
The evaluation team may internally redirect your proposal if they identify a stronger
fit with another challenge.
The process includes:
- Initial application review
- Technical evaluation and interviews with the evaluation teams
- Selection Day, where the startups advancing to the pilot phase will be defined
Each stage assesses technical, strategic, feasibility, and challenge alignment criteria.
Yes. The call is international.
We welcome solutions from any country that can be
adapted and implemented in our operations in Chile, Peru, Argentina, or other
markets where we operate.
The primary focus is the development of paid or co-funded pilots, with the potential
for commercial scaling if results are successful.
This is not a general acceleration program; it is designed to solve specific business
challenges.
Do you have a solution
that can transform
the industry?
No matter what stage you’re at. If you believe your technology can create real
value, we want to hear from you.
